Getting Started

Installing RecallCue Day Clock


To get started download the RecallCue Day Clock app from the Apple or Google Play stores.

When you first run the app you will be presented with two options. - If you do not yet have an account click on the “No, I need to create one” button. - If you have installed and created an account on Connect then choose the “Yes, I already have an account” option. * Note – you use the same account to log in on the Day Clock and Connect apps.
You will be presented with a screen to create and account. Enter your name, email and select a password (password must be at least 7 characters long) and click “Signup” You will now see a screen with links to the RecallCue Connect app. The Connect app is used to manage and configure your day clock. After you download the Connect app click “OK” and your Day Clock Will display. The free version of the Day Cock app will display the current day of week, date, time, and time of day. To make changes to the day clock display download the RecallCue Connect app from the Apple or Google Play stores and log in using the same username and password you created on the day clock. Using the Connect app you will be able to adjust several settings on the day clock such as changing from digital to analog clock, choose the language to display and turn on or off any of the basic features.




Installing RecallCue Connect


Downloading and Installing RecallCue Connect:
Download the RecallCue Day Clock app from the Apple or Google Play stores. Logging In to RecallCue: - If you have already downloaded and installed the RecallCue Day Clock log in using the same username and password that you used on the Day Clock.
- Enter your email and password and click on the “SIGN IN” button By logging in with the same username and password your accounts will be “linked”. Creating a New Account: If you have not yet created a RecallCue account click on the “Sign Up” button and proceed to create an account. You will be presented with a screen to create and account. Enter your name, email and select a password (password must be at least 7 characters long) and click “SIGNUP” Activation: If you created your account in the RecallCue Connect app you will need to now install and activate your RecallCue Day Clock. Until your Day Clock app is installed you will see a “Waiting For Activation” screen in the Connect app. The screen will look like this: When you have installed and logged into your Day Clock app the Connect app will automatically detect and continue to log you in. If the app does not proceed to login after you have logged into the Day Clock app try clicking on the “Check Again” button to manually sync the Day Clock and Connect apps. Connect Settings: Once you are logged in you will see a a screen to manage your Day Clock:




Upgrading RecallCue For All Features


To upgrade your RecallCue account and unlock all the great features simply click the “Upgrade” click on the Upgrade button in one of the 3 locations the button appears. - The main screen - The Day Clock Setting screen - The Menu (click on menu icon in upper left of screen) After Clicking on the Upgrade button you will be able to select a plan to upgrade to: - Annual (includes 2 free months) - Monthly All subscriptions and payments are managed directly with the Android or iOS app stores.

How to send a Message


Sending messages is a Pro feature. Click here to learn how to upgrade and start your free trial. Sending Messages: - Click on the “+” icon on the bottom right of the Connect app. - Choose Instant Message from the pop-up menu. - Enter your message in the text area - Upload a photo (optional) - Choose how long you want the message to display (minimum 1 hour). - You can also set the message to display “All Day”. This will display the message until midnight. - Click the check mark in the upper right hand of the screen. - Your message will now be displayed on the Day Clock and will appear in the “Showing” tab of your feed.
